Judge Bans Partial Birth Abortion

Nineth circut court of appeals judge Phyllis Hamilton handed down a decsision today that could have a nationwide impact. Judge Hamilton sent down a decision that declares the Partial-Birth Abortion Act is unconstitutional. The link to the story is right here. Partial birth abortion is the act of killing a CHILD seconds before they begin to breathe. Believe me if you don't know any more than that you know to much.
